1. General terms of the public offer
1.1 This public offer (hereinafter - the Offer) is an offer of IE Vologina A.A. (hereinafter - the Receiver) to conclude the gift agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) with any individual who responds to the Offer (hereinafter - the Giver), on the terms specified below.
1.2 The Offer is a public offer in accordance with clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Offer shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.3. The Offer comes into effect from the date of its posting on the Receiver's website at: https://www.getsober.one/legal/donation-agreement/
1.4. The Offer is valid indefinitely.
1.5. The Receiver has the right to cancel the Offer at any time at his own discretion and without giving any reasons. The Receiver has the right to make changes and additions to the Offer, which come into force on the day of their placement on the Website.
1.6. Invalidity of one or more conditions of the Offer does not entail invalidity of all other conditions of the Offer.
1.7 The place of placement of the Offer and the place of conclusion of the Agreement shall be Moscow, Russian Federation.
2. Terms of the Agreement
2.1 The Giver shall transfer free of charge to the Receiver money in the amount determined by the Giver.
2.2 The Agreement is concluded by accepting the Offer by the Giver.
2.3 The Offer shall be deemed accepted by the Giver if the Giver has transferred funds (Gift) in favor of the Receiver via the payment form available at: https://www.getsober.one/work-with-us/donate/. The Giver can choose the frequency of transfer: lump sum or monthly. When making a monthly Gift, the Giver has the right to cancel monthly transfers at any time by sending a cancellation request to email [email protected].
2.4 The date of acceptance of the Offer and, accordingly, the date of conclusion of the Agreement is the date of receipt of funds from the Giver to the Receiver's account, and for monthly transfers - the date of the first receipt of funds from the Giver.
2.5 By taking actions under this Offer, the Giver confirms that he is familiar with the terms and text of the Offer, is aware of the importance of his actions, has the full right to perform them and fully accepts the terms of this Offer.
2.6. In accordance with the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", the Giver, by accepting the terms of the Offer, gives his consent to process his personal data by any means, not prohibited by law, necessary for the purposes of this Agreement.
2.7 The Giver hereby confirms that at the time of acceptance of the Offer, he is acting on his own behalf, at his own expense and in his own interests.
